MEET MADDIE.

Madeline Claire, our HR Director, is always ready for a snuggle or a treat. One of our original trees, she can usually be found snoozing (and snoring) in her bed. And occasionally, she can be found by a sunny window overlooking the corner of Front and Vine.

80hours

COMMUNITY ROOTS

We love our city. And we work hard for the clients who also call it home, but our commitment to Columbus goes deeper. That’s why we started our Voluntree program. Through it, treetree contributes more than 80 hours each year to our local community, giving trees the opportunity to donate their time to a cause that matters to them.

OUR TREEHOUSE IS YOUR TREEHOUSE.

We’ve created a place that is full of natural light and good vibes. It is warm and welcoming, and our clients often have staff meetings here—even when we’re not on the invite. We love hosting teams in the treehouse.

FAST IS FUN.

In 2014, 2015 and 2016, we were recognized for our high-speed growth by both Inc. Magazine and Columbus Business First. And we’re not slowing down any time soon.

WE’RE GRATEFUL.

When we landed on the Inc. Magazine Inc. 5000 as one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for the second time in 2015 at #652, we felt abundantly grateful. And we wanted to put those good vibes out into the world. So every time we felt grateful, we sent the universe our appreciation for this honor by sending a handwritten note. They went to parents, partners, mentors, children, high school teachers, clients, local donut shop owners, doggy daycare workers and many more. We sent 652 in total.

CULTURE IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

Our Group Account Director, Rachel Hillman, was featured as a guest blogger for Columbus CEO in 2015. She wrote about the immeasurable value of culture as a business practice. And it’s a lesson treetree lives by.

A SLICE OF HOME

The treehouse is filled with personal touches, including tree slices and trunks from Becca’s backyard that have been turned into décor and furniture. The treehouse is our second home, and we want it to feel that way.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

We get a front row seat to all the cool happenings in the Arena District through our windows on the corner of Front and Vine. From action at the Convention Center and Nationwide Arena to fresh gourmet doughnuts at the North Market, treetree has lots of great neighbors—and there’s always something to see and do.

#18

THE FAST 50

In 2015, we landed a spot on the Columbus Business First list of the 50 fastest growing companies in the city, coming in at #18.

GREAT EXPECTATIONS

Parental leave is important. And complicated. Our CEO took two. That got us thinking about how we could lessen the impact on employers without compromising the experience of the new parent (or their team counterparts). That’s where our special project management offering was born. And, to better care for our team, we launched our own 12-week paid parental leave policy for moms, dads, birth or adoption in 2016.

BARK UP OUR TREE.

We don’t just talk culture—we live it. And we were thrilled to earn a spot as one of Columbus’ Best Places to Work in 2014, 2016 and 2017. An honor we’ll strive to earn every year.

THE LITTLE TREE THAT COULD

treetree was the name of a bonsai. And it was dead. Until it wasn’t. The day the agency was started, treetree began to blossom and it was taken as a sign. So we’re named after the “little tree that could.”

FINDING OUR NICHE

We were born to be different. As extensions of internal marketing teams and partners to agencies of record, treetree is on the map as the one and only Agency of Special Projects.
