Senior Graphic Designer, Environments

As Senior Designer, Environments, you are a go-to environmental graphic designer. You’ll work with the team to concept, develop and produce thoughtful environmental design that is on brand and on strategy. You will be responsible for specifying materials, creating production-ready files and supervising installations. When you’re not creating immersive environmental experiences, you’re developing and implementing creative solutions to promote clients’ products or services through a variety of print and digital mediums. And regardless of what kind of project you’re working on, you ensure high standards for all work, helping elevate our team’s creative prowess and demonstrating best practices in both product and professionalism.

With a focus on environmental graphic design, you will be deeply involved in environmental projects that come into the treehouse, while also helping us continuously improve agency-wide process and output for our experience design offering. You will partner with external clients, architects and corporate real estate groups to bring brand stories to life in spaces. You’re comfortable exploring not just the what ifs, but the how tos, thinking through feasibility as well as space, time and cost implications. You make thoughtful recommendations that consider both the opportunities and the limitations. In other words, you offer good ideas grounded in reality.

Special Projects require us to be all-in – and that can mean different things on different days/projects. So, you will demonstrate and embody our core values to make magic happen.
