Part-time Accounting / Administrative Coordinator

We are a fast-paced, action-oriented agency with a fun and dynamic “treehouse” office environment. This role will allow us to better focus on client service and flawless execution of work for our clients. You’ll serve as a support person for the agency both in person and virtually.

This role will require high attention to detail, initiative, and an intuitive sense of urgency. We are seeking someone who is able to pivot between tasks efficiently and successfully. It is extremely important that you are accurate and timely with your work and communicative about your work and progress.

You will participate in the management of a few of our partner relationships including IT resources, our landlord maintenance and parking needs, and cleaning services. This role will require some on-the-fly errand running. On occasion, you may be asked to assist with client projects or special projects for the agency. You will report to the Finance and Operations Director.
