The challenge
AnyDesk is a Germany-based software as a service (SaaS) company providing remote desktop solutions. With lean sales and marketing teams yet aggressive growth goals in North America, the company turned to treetree to facilitate international expansion, fuel brand awareness and generate leads.

Solution
To establish AnyDesk’s North American presence, we bolstered their marketing and sales teams. treetree’s expert demand-generation marketers seamlessly augmented in-house roles including regional vice president and business manager, content marketing manager, and marketing and sales operations.

As we built up the U.S. team, we also spearheaded AnyDesk’s transition to an inbound marketing and sales approach. This included establishing HubSpot capabilities for the sales, marketing and customer care teams; providing website development resources for HubSpot landing pages and email templates; and adding to AnyDesk’s tech stack with HubSpot tracking and forms, HubSpot chat, Unbounce pop-ups and Google Optimize for split testing.

Finally, we managed local marketing campaigns to drive e-commerce revenue and fill the AnyDesk sales pipeline.

By completely owning the sales cycle from inbound lead generation to conversion, we delivered on revenue-specific targets within just 90 days.
