The challenge
Diligent is a global, private equity-backed software as a service (SaaS) company headquartered in New York. The company was eager to increase qualified leads and optimize website conversions. They came to treetree for our ability to not only hypothesize split-test optimization ideas, but also to execute on these tests with our web development capabilities.

Method

Following Diligent’s website analysis, our team identified the most engaging touchpoints to convert visitors into leads. By focusing our efforts on split testing, we unveiled pathways to drive more traffic to those conversion points.

Solution

We executed several tests for both the Request a Demo and Request a Trial pages directly within Diligent’s existing software, Drift Chat. Weekly evaluations revealed key findings that helped to establish new baselines for that content, as well as continued theories to test against.

Within 90 days, our team created Diligent’s CRO program from scratch, immediately increasing speed and efficiency in their content campaign management and execution.
